The app worked perfect until the last update - now unable to download any issues. There is no communication functionality available. I received error messages when I tried to use the Help function to inform support of the issues. This needs to be fixes.
I installed the 2 days ago and it was in English. Now it is German(maybe?). Whats going on?
I paid $34.95 for a six month subscription and it wont let me look at any magazines. Fix it!!!
I agree with the other reviewer here. I foolishly purchased a subscription after assuming my initial viewing problems mightve been caused by the age of and memory problems I was having with my old iPad. No. I have the exact same problems viewing this mag on my new, powerful, memory-full pad. Its not my pad - Ive used three different ones in an attempt to view this rag. Its the horrible design of this app itself thats causing my problems with it. The pages take forever to download, they are very hard to read or enlarge, graphics are constantly obscured, and yes, there are CONSTANT error messages popping up. Its nearly impossible to download a single issue as a whole. Save your money. I have zero problems with other mag apps - this one is a joke and a ripoff.
